We are a community of 245 townhomes located inside the gates of Saw Creek Estates in Bushkill, PA. We are a separate community from Saw Creek Estates.

We DO NOT have access to any of Saw Creek’s Amenities and we DO NOT have security in The Falls.

The Falls Amenities include an outdoor pool, kiddie pool and hot tub. We also have a half tennis & half basketball court.

The Falls Community provides quick and easy access to all that the Pocono Mountains offers. From skiing at Camelback to water park fun at Kalahari to hiking at Bushkill Falls to accessing 70,000 acres of trails and parks of Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area!
