So Much to Think About. WHY NOT do it in your Sanctuary home?

We are a community of 245 townhomes located inside the gates of Saw Creek Estates in Bushkill, PA. We are a separate community from Saw Creek Estates.

We DO NOT have access to any of Saw Creek’s Amenities

and we DO NOT have security in The Falls.

The Falls Amenities include an outdoor pool, kiddie pool and hot tub. We also have a half tennis & half basketball court.

Outdoor Access

The Falls Community provides quick and easy access to all that the Pocono Mountains offers. From skiing at Camelback to water park Fun at Kalahari to hiking at the stunning Bushkill Falls to accessing 70,000 acres trails and parks of Delaware National Recreation Area!
