Meeting Called to Order motioned by: Rosalyn Burt, 2^nd by Jeannine Spadaccini

Present: Rosalyn Burt, Thomas Farrelly, Casey Cooney, Joyce Rosso, Monica Scott & Jeannine Spadaccini

 

Excused Absence:  Barry Goldberg

 

Approval of Minutes motioned by: Rosalyn Burt, 2^nd by Casey Cooney

 

Presidents Report by Rosalyn Burt:

 

Discussed trash compactor; PM to get prices; Discussed failing wall on Crewe Court; Top part of drainage swale is to be done by ACA Construction (they did the bottom and it’s holding up great) Can’t afford paving on Keswick right now; PM getting proposals for the mowing; PM to send out notices that HO Meeting in April is cancelled.

 

Financial Report:

 

Reviewed pages 3, 4 & 5, we are doing very well with budget and financially

 

Recreation Report: 

 

PM to send out call back letters to the lifeguards

 

Property Manager Report: Reviewed report with board.
