Re:  Gate Pass Card & Password

Even though The Falls Community is located inside of Saw Creek Estates we are not a part of Saw Creek, we are a separate community with separate amenities.  The ONLY thing you will do at Saw Creek office is obtain a gate pass card and set up a password which is used when you have a guest/visitor. 

Saw Creek has a new Gatehouse System:

This will allow all Falls residents access to register their guests online and avoid having to call the Public Safety Dispatcher. You may still call if you don’t have access to a computer or cell phone at 570-588-5151

Your username will be your unit number. If you are a renter, it will be your unit number-R (i.e.: 101-R)

Your password is the same one you used when calling in a pass with Public Safety

For your convenience, there is a mobile app for GateHouse that can be downloaded from either the Google or Apple Play store.

Below is the symbol for GateHouse in the Play store. When first using the GateHouse App, you will be prompted to enter a one-time client code: 152152.

YOU MUST REGISTER WITH THE FALLS OFFICE FIRST

In order to obtain a gate pass card, you must complete the attached registration form. I will send it to Saw Creek Office, so they know you are a new owner or renter. You will then go to Saw Creek Administration Office with your current driver’s license and vehicle registration. You must bring proof of ownership as well (i.e. HUD or Deed).  If you are a renter, bring your lease. They will issue you a photo ID gate pass card at the time of your visit. Each unit is allowed a total of 6 gate pass cards, the first 2 are free, and then $20.00 each after that.

Property owners, tenants and guests shall not relinquish or otherwise transfer a gate card to anyone other than the person to whom it was originally issued. Transferring a gate pass to another person and use of such passes by a person other than the one to whom the pass was originally issued, constitutes a violation of the Rules & Regulations punishable by a Tier 4 citation.

For renters, there may or may not be a charge for your gate pass card(s), it depends on how many gate cards the homeowner has.
