Board Meeting Minutes

Meeting Called to Order motioned by: Rosalyn Burt, 2^nd by Thomas Farrelly

Present: Rosalyn Burt, Thomas Farrelly, Casey Cooney, Joyce Rosso, Monica Scott & Jeannine Spadaccini

 

Excused Absence:  Barry Goldberg

Presidents Report by Rosalyn Burt:

 

Update on#140; the bank wants to do an inspection of the unit and will then determine deed in lieu, Greg will be doing a zoom meeting on our behalf

 

 

Financial Report:

 

Reviewed pages 3, 4 & 5, we are doing very well with budget and financially

 

Recreation Report: 

 

Casey put in a request to have more of the pool chairs re-strapped and ordered some tables from Southern Pool Company. Will probably hire 2 new lifeguards, Danielle Runo is not coming back this year.

 

Property Manager Report: Reviewed report with board.
