Job Location: The Falls Community in Bushkill, PA
Snow Removal
Services include (After at least 2 inches of snowfall)
Self-dispatched…Unless cancelled by customer within 12 hours of the start of the storm
Shoveling of all walkways, steps, path to parking lot and unit utility closet
Plowing of all parking areas, Entrances of parking areas & Access roads within the boundaries of “The Falls” including the “community Mailbox area” and community dumpster area
Applying Antiskid/Salt mixture to roadways and mailbox and dumpster area…not including parking areas after the event.
A one-time per event clean up service call” the following day to spot clear areas where cars were parked during event…Most times will be afternoon the following day to allow tenants to move vehicles.
Pricing will be as follows:
Per event and next day clean up…
0-2 inches By request of customer only.
The following are self dispatched
2-5 inches $
5-8 inches $
8-11 inches $
11-14 inches $
14-17 inches $
Over 17 inches will be billed at $ per inch
Apply Salt/Antiskid for the entire site…including dumpster area, mailbox area.
Only by prior request by customer $ per application
Leaf Removal
- Remove leaves from all ditches, areas in front and sides of all units.
- Remove leaves from tennis/BB court and pool area (inside and outside of fence)
- Blow leaves off all sidewalks and all stairs.
- Some areas the leaves can be blown into the woods but removal is preferred.
