Present: Rosalyn Burt, Thomas Farrelly, Casey Cooney, Jeannine Spadaccini, Joyce Rosso, Monica Scott, Donna Zabriskie

Excused Absence:  Dave Guoth & Cece Mercado

Presidents Report by Rosalyn Burt:

Discussed page 2 regarding the increase of Saw Creek Gate Contract, board feels we shouldn’t have to pay for a crossing guard being The Falls kids don’t need to cross the street; Contract discussion is tabled for now as per Rosalyn; Discussed what will be on the Homeowner’s meeting agenda in October

Financial Report:

Reviewed Financial Reports, staying on budget and doing well with the money coming in for the reserve assessment.

Recreation Report: 

Pool will be winterized on September 30^th; Vincent Uccio was found guilty of trespassing at the pool and harassment of The Falls Lifeguards

Property Manager Report: Reviewed report with board.
