Presidents Report by Rosalyn Burt:
Danielle is in the process of doing the walk through and notices will be sent. If not taken care of in a reasonable amount of time, owners will be fined. PM to have Steve look at steps by #131 English Court. Look into radar speed sign, have Danielle make a list of lights that are on during the day and then call Hartmann Electric to come out and take care of them
Financial Report:
Pages 2-5 Board reviewed Financial Reports and projects, we are doing good. Will need to get some estimates from Steve and then prioritize what needs to be done next.
Recreation Report:
Casey makes a motion: Units 221 and 264 are banned from the pool for the summer and a lifetime ban for Krystal Rentas, Hector McClue, Shamar McClue and Shay Moore as well as an unidentified man whose picture is up at the pool due to a fight break out that occurred on May 29, 2023 2nd by Rosalyn Burt, all approved
Property Manager Report:
Board reviewed report with property manager.
