Present: Rosalyn Burt, Thomas Farrelly, Casey Cooney, Jeannine Spadaccini, Monica Scott, Stephanie Wise, and Jose Rosado
Approval of Minutes motioned by: Rosalyn Burt, 2nd by Jeannine Spadaccini
Presidents Report by Rosalyn Burt:
Page 2 Mailbox Area Paving Estimate for $11,000.00 was approved by the board; Page 3 Dumpster Area Paving for $6,300.00 & Paving of Sidewalk from 111-120 was approved by the board; All to be taken out of Capital Improvement account; Page 4 Stream Court replacement of wall & steps estimate was approved by the board; RB suggested for PM to make a list of remaining repairs still needed to be done to be reviewed at the May meeting to see where we stand financially
Financial Report:
Pages 5-7 Board reviewed Financial Reports for the first quarter, we are doing good but will review again at the May meeting.
Property Manager Report:
Board reviewed report with property manager
New Business: Page 10 Vending Machine at Pool, board voted no; Page 11 Playground proposal, board decided to look into it further and get a sturdier metal one so it lasts.
