Presidents Report by Rosalyn Burt:

Reviewed email from #333 regarding the parking on Crewe Court; board decided to put up a sign stating overflow parking across from the dumpsters and possibly lines in the parking area in the Spring. PM to send out an email to the residents on Crewe Court advising them if they have more than two vehicles, they must park other vehicles in the overflow section. PM to get Norm to grind stump by #306 and have Scott put down stone in parking area due to huge deep puddle forming after it rains; PM to send out email to Monica and Jose regarding attendance at meetings.

Financial Report:

Reviewed Financial Reports, way over budget on dumpsters by approximately $40k; over budget on pump stations by approximately $12k mainly due to station #20 having to be entirely excavated; other than those two items everything else remained in budget for the year.

Recreation Report: 

Reviewed estimate for Pool Bathrooms; board decided on a budget of $25k and Casey Cooney will meet with Steve Finkel to go over the estimate at the pool

Property Manager Report: Board reviewed report (Kat was sick)
