Meeting Called to Order motioned by: Rosalyn Burt, 2^nd by Monica Scott

Present: Rosalyn Burt, Thomas Farrelly, Casey Cooney, Joyce Rosso, Monica Scott & Jeannine Spadaccini

 

Excused Absence:  Barry Goldberg

Presidents Report by Rosalyn Burt:

 

Discussed doing a community clean up but we’ve tried before and nobody ever participates; PM going to get a price on the bear proof dumpsters, this is being suggested by the game commissioner or we could possible receive a fine for unlawfully feeding the bear; Looked at the Crewe drainage problem and discussed with Billy from ACA

 

Financial Report:

 

Reviewed pages 6, 7, & 8 we are doing very well with budget and financially

 

Recreation Report: 

 

Discussed pool hours and the hiring of a couple more lifeguards

 

Property Manager Report: Reviewed report with board.

 

 

New Business: None at this time
