Presidents Report by Rosalyn Burt:

Discussed agenda for homeowner’s meeting October; painting of units, cars not registered in community, dumpsters; September meeting will be a mockup of the October meeting; Casey will come up with wording to present to the owners; PM to ask the accountant to attend October Homeowner’s meeting; need to address snow removal;

Financial Report:

Reviewed pages 4, 5, 6 & 7 we are doing very well with budget and financially.

Recreation Report: 

We were short staffed for the month of August. Gave swim lessons to a few owners

Property Manager Report: Reviewed report with board.
