Board Meeting Minutes

July 20, 2021

Meeting Called to Order motioned by: Rosalyn Burt, 2^nd by Jeannine Spadaccini

Present: Rosalyn Burt, Thomas Farrelly, Casey Cooney, Joyce Rosso, Monica Scott & Jeannine Spadaccini

Presidents Report by Rosalyn Burt:

Casey broke down pool area into sections and what should be addressed first. Discussed property manager training session with Saw Creek’s new gatehouse system. Reviewed list of new owners.  Most of them have moved in and became residents. Discussed giving reimbursement for residents that would like to purchase plants, etc. for outside their units, the board voted against it, it could become very costly. Scott started weed paper and mulch on Meadow View and Crewe. Board voted to put new homeowner, Dave Gouth, on the ballot for the October Homeowner Meeting for a 3-year term, property manager to send him an email

Financial Report:

Reviewed pages 4, 5, 6 & 7 we are doing very well with budget and financially. The accountant is working on the yearly review

Recreation Report: 

The amount of people using the pool is down. We had 3 delayed openings due to storms. The storms have been knocking out the system and making the chlorine levels unbalanced. Going to start private swim lessons @ $25.00 per 45 minute lesson. New tables came in and sent lounge chairs back with them to be re-strapped. Bought new fabric for umbrellas; had in-service training

Property Manager Report: Reviewed report with board.

New Business: Free Karate classes at TOW for all ages; property manager to send out a blast e-mail
