Present: Rosalyn Burt, Thomas Farrelly, Casey Cooney, Joyce Rosso, Monica Scott & Jeannine Spadaccini

Excused Absence:  Barry Goldberg

Presidents Report by Rosalyn Burt:

Discussed Railroad ties at pool should be next project. Casey is going to break it down into sections and what should be addresses first. Board approved moving forward with repair of steps on Crewe Court. The water spigots our for community residents to use for power washing, watering, washing off walkway and cars.  PM to send out email letting residents know. PM to reach out to lawyer to go ahead with addendum regarding new gate system at Saw Creek. PM to get other estimates for drainage on Crewe Court.

VP Report by Tom Farrelly: Tree by #148 should come down; Board approved estimate from Norm for $2500.00; discussed lot for sale in Saw Creek. PM to call and find out info from Township and tax collector.

Financial Report:

Reviewed pages 4, 5 & 6 we are doing very well with budget and financially

Recreation Report: 

Received in new tables at pool area; sent out lounge chairs to be re-strapped. Purchased new fabric for umbrellas; did in-service training with the lifeguards

Property Manager Report: Reviewed report with board.
