Roofs – all items
Flashing – all items
Siding – repair/staining
Windows/doors – all items
Chimney – all items
Heating/AC – all items
Gutters – Proper installation/maintenance & repair of gutters, including leaders
Insurance – homeowners policy supplied to office
Snow removal – rear & front deck
Trash – bring & place in dumpster
Grounds – immediate area free of litter and debris
Water line-from shut off valve in your home to main
Grinder pump – proper disposal of waste items
Trees/shrubs – planting, removal trimming & weeding on your property
Amenity Use – care for, respect and use proper behavior in all areas
(if any misconduct occurs it will result in loss of amenity use)
Pay monthly dues – so the community can be properly maintained
Pets – Clean up & control over all pets (Must be leashed at ALL times)
Deck, porches & steps – painting and repair
Construction – submission of plans for any additions to be approved by board and
obtain necessary permits from township
Assessments – Paid by Homeowner

Lawn maintenance – grass cutting, spring & fall clean up in common areas
Walkways & Steps on common area – repair & maintaining
Parking lots – cleaning, repairing & maintaining
Streets & Courts – clean & repair
Snow Plowing – all streets, parking areas if no cars in the way
Snow shoveling – sidewalk, steps in common area
Amenity Maintenance – tennis, basketball & bocce ball court, playground, swimming pool
Grinder pumps – maintain/repair
Street water lines – maintain/repair
Trash dumpsters – maintain & disposal of
Entrance gate managed by Saw Creek-via fees paid by association
Insurance – common area property liability, directors & officers liability, workers comp
Environmental Control – approval of exterior changes.
Legal – all legal matters related to common areas & covenant enforcement
Common area drainage – all ditches
Common area retaining walls – all walls for parking lots & land
Trim trees/shrubs – common area
Rules Enforcement – give notice/fines to members who fail to comply with Declaration,
Bylaws & Assoc. Rules & Regulations
If more than two months behind in dues, it will result in de-activation of gate pass card as well as loss of amenity use. Homeowners are responsible for their tenants and guests, this includes any and all fines.
