GENERAL RULES OF THE FALLS COMMUNITY
 

All units must be kept in a neat and attractive manner (front porches, walkways, on & under back decks)

Clotheslines, tents, dog houses, sheds, trampolines or structures of any kind are NOT permitted

Please follow the noise compliance act, be considerate

Quiet times are from 10 pm until 7 am, on weekdays and 9 am on weekends (this includes barking dogs)

Removal of trees or shrubs must be approved

Respect common areas…don’t be a litterbug

This includes cigarette butts!

 Members are responsible for bringing household trash to dumpsters

DUMPSTERS ARE FOR HOUSEHOLD TRASH ONLY!!

DO NOT LEAVE GARBAGE ON PORCH, ESPECIALLY OVERNIGHT!

(make sure it is placed in bins or to the side if bins are full)

Discharge of firearms, pellet guns, air guns are prohibited

ABSOLUTELY NO FIREWORKS OR FIRE PITS!!!! (HANDMADE OR STORE BOUGHT)

Mini bikes, ATV’s, snowmobiles, boats, trailers, & commercial trucks are prohibited within the Falls Community

Parking spaces are not designated, please be considerate of your neighbors

Working on vehicles is prohibited

(Must have handicap permit to park in handicap space)

Falls parking stickers must be visibly displayed in all vehicles (place above inspection sticker)

All pets MUST be on a leash while being walked (Leash Law)
No dog shall be tied outside unattended
Pet feces must be picked up immediately,

Open from Memorial Day thru Labor day (Hours vary)

Call or email the office if street lights are not working, grinder pump alarms, or if other problems should arise, we are here to help!
