Meeting Called to Order motioned by: Casey Cooney, 2^nd by Rosalyn Burt

Present: Rosalyn Burt, Thomas Farrelly, Casey Cooney, Joyce Rosso, Jeannine Spadaccini

Approval of Minutes motioned by: Casey Cooney, 2^nd by Rosalyn Burt, after amending

Presidents Report by Rosalyn Burt:

Casey Cooney will be doing agenda & letter for Homeowner packet, PM will type up ballot, Rosalyn will talk about the beautification projects that have been completed & thank the owners who have taken care of the front of their units. She will also welcome the new owners. Casey will put together a power point with pictures of projects completed and talk about the infrastructure monies & how it was spent, Mike Torrey, our accountant, will do a presentation of the finances, Casey will do a brief presentation for recreation and let them know we will be getting new badges next year.

Financial Report:

Reviewed pages 2, 3, 4, 5 we are doing very well with budget and financially.

Recreation Report: 

Casey Cooney made a motion to put David Guoth (#120) & Donna Montouri (#612) on the ballot for the October 16, 2021Homeowner’s Meeting

Property Manager Report: Reviewed report with board.
