Board Meeting Minutes

November 16, 2021

Meeting Called to Order motioned by: Rosalyn Burt, 2^nd by Jeannine Spadaccini

Present: Rosalyn Burt, Thomas Farrelly, Casey Cooney, Monica Scott, Jeannine Spadaccini & Donna Montouri Zabriskie

Approval of Minutes motioned by: Rosalyn Burt, 2^nd by Jeannine Spadaccini

Presidents Report by Rosalyn Burt:

Jeannine Spadaccini is interested in being treasurer. Casey Cooney makes a motion for all the officers to remain the same: Rosalyn Burt as President; Thomas Farrelly as Vice President, Casey Cooney as Secretary and Jeannine becoming treasurer. 2^nd by Rosalyn Burt, all in favor, none opposed; Board voted for Cecelia Mercado to be on the board as a board member taking over Jeannine’s place which will be up in October 2022; Board members are extremely satisfied with the leaf removal this year (Scott Somma) Reviewed estimates to build shed over mailboxes. The board decided to put this on hold until we can get more estimates.

Financial Report:

Reviewed financial reports, we are doing very well with budget and financially.

Recreation Report:

Casey Cooney will send property manager amounts for the lifeguards Christmas Bonuses. Let Josh, Megan and Lila know they are getting more for staying until end of season

Property Manager Report: Reviewed report with board.
