Meeting Called to Order motioned by: Rosalyn Burt, 2^nd by Jeannine Spadaccini

Present: Rosalyn Burt, Thomas Farrelly, Casey Cooney, Joyce Rosso, Monica Scott, Jeannine Spadaccini and Mike Torrey, our accountant

Approval of Minutes motioned by: Rosalyn Burt, 2^nd by Jeannine Spadaccini

Presidents Report by Rosalyn Burt:

Christmas Bonuses will remain the same as last year, Kat Dirato $500.00, Jerry Tepas $250.00, Danielle Waked $250.00, Denise Ballenger $100.00, all in favor; Board voted and approved Leaf Removal to be done by Scott Somma, 2^nd by Casey Cooney, all in favor; Board voted and approved snow removal to be done by Norm Dunstane with Cut it Right, 2^nd by Jeannine Spadaccini, all in favor

Financial Report:

Reviewed financial reports with accountant, Mike Torrey, we are doing very well with budget and financially.

Property Manager Report: Reviewed report with board.

New Business: Casey Cooney made a motion to open a separate bank account for the $90k that was collected for the Reserve Emergency Fund Assessment in 2017, 2^nd by Rosalyn Burt, all in favor
