Board Meeting Minutes

January 25, 2022

 

 

Meeting Called to Order motioned by: Rosalyn Burt, 2^nd by Casey Cooney

Present: Rosalyn Burt, Casey Cooney, Joyce Rosso, Monica Scott, Donna Zabriskie & Jeannine Spadaccini

 

Excused Absence:  Dave Gouth, Cece Mercado, Thomas Farrelly

 

Approval of Minutes motioned by: Rosalyn Burt, 2^nd by Jeannine Spadaccini

 

Presidents Report by Rosalyn Burt:

 

Board approved Phase 2 Pool Project by Steve Finkel; all in favor, none opposed; Rosalyn made a motion to raise the Tenant Registration Fee to $175.00 starting March 1^st;  2^nd by Casey Cooney, all in favor, none opposed; Rosalyn made a motion to raise Denise’s pay to $200.00 week; 2^nd by Jeannine Spadaccini, all in favor, none opposed.

 

Financial Report:

 

Reviewed pages 3, 4 & 5 Did very well in 2021

 

Recreation Report: 

 

Increasing pool wage budget to $15k/annual; All new hires for LGs will start at $11/hr, all current LGs increase pay $1.50 + 5%

 

Property Manager Report: Reviewed report with board.

 

 

New Business: 2022 Budget voted on; all approved, none opposed; discussed solar panels in community, board agreed on not having them
