Board Meeting Minutes

February 15, 2022

Meeting Called to Order motioned by: Rosalyn Burt, 2^nd by Casey Cooney

Present: Rosalyn Burt, Thomas Farrelly, Casey Cooney, Joyce Rosso, Monica Scott, Jeannine Spadaccini & Dave Guoth

Excused Absence:  Donna Zabriskie & Cece Mercado

Presidents Report by Rosalyn Burt:

Discussed paving on Keswick, the road is eroding due to the heavy traffic to the dumpster as well as the Waste Management Truck and parents parking for school bus pick up. PM to get some estimates to have paving done. There are also several areas where the parking lot forms a huge puddle.  Tom is going to get some prices on stone to put down. Dave looked into security; he was able to get some prices but most of the companies deemed us to be too small. Reviewed the repair list and agreed on getting a lot of the smaller jobs done. PM will review the list with Steve NEPA. Board approved page 3 estimate for pavilion over the mailboxes, money will come out of the capital improvement.

Casey Cooney makes a motion to update the pool policies with some minor changes. 2^nd by Rosalyn Burt, all in favor, none opposed.

Property Manager Report: Reviewed report with board.
