Board Meeting Minutes

October 15, 2022

Meeting Called to Order motioned by: Rosalyn Burt, 2^nd by Casey Cooney

Present: Rosalyn Burt, Thomas Farrelly, Casey Cooney, Jeannine Spadaccini, and Monica Scott

Excused Absence:  Joyce Rosso, Dave Guoth, Donna Zabriskie, and Cece Mercado

Approval of Minutes motioned by: Rosalyn Burt, 2^nd by Thomas Farrelly

Presidents Report by Rosalyn Burt:

Rosalyn made a motion to approve the Saw Creek Gatehouse Contract but to relay to Saw Creek that we would like them to patrol Woodbridge Drive East for speeders and issue tickets.  To let them know the sides of Woodbridge Drive East road is crumbling and in need of repair and to ask their members to park on Mountain View Way while waiting for the bus. 2^nd by Casey Cooney; Christmas bonuses will remain the same as last year; Rosalyn made a motion for employee raises as follows: Jerry Tepas to $19.00/hour, Danielle Waked to $16.00/hour and Kat Dirato to $26.25/hour 2^nd by Jeannine Spadaccini;

Financial Report:

Reviewed Financial Reports, staying on budget and doing well with the money coming in for the reserve assessment; we were able to repair many retaining walls this year,

Recreation Report: 

Vincent Uccio was found guilty of trespassing at the pool and harassment of The Falls Lifeguards; discussed covering the pool chairs and what he will speak to the members about

Property Manager Report: Reviewed report with board.
