Board Meeting Minutes

December 6, 2022

Present: Rosalyn Burt, Thomas Farrelly, Casey Cooney, Jeannine Spadaccini, and Donna Zabriskie

Approval of Minutes motioned by: Rosalyn Burt, 2^nd by Jeannine Spadaccini

Presidents Report by Rosalyn Burt:

We’ll need to get estimates for paving by the mailboxes and possible the walkway by 111-116 Woods Lane in the Spring. PM to send email to #127 that we will salt the steps and walkways when necessary. PM to see if Hartmann can put a new light up at the beginning of Mountain View Way and a large spotlight at the courts. Board approved work to be done on Mountain View Way by 617/618. PM to send Dave Guoth an email that he has missed 3 consecutive meetings therefore he is no longer on the board.

Financial Report:

Reviewed Financial Reports, staying on budget with most items and doing well with the money coming in for the reserve assessment; we were able to repair many retaining walls this year.

Property Manager Report: Reviewed report with board.

New Business: Casey Cooney made a motion that all re-elect positions remain the same 2^nd by Jeannine Spadacinni
