Present: Rosalyn Burt, Thomas Farrelly, Casey Cooney, Jeannine Spadaccini, Monica Scott, Stephanie Wise, and Jose Rosado

Presidents Report by Rosalyn Burt:

Page 2 & 3 Estimates for Sedburgh and Stream Court, approved by board. PM to advise #128 of procedure for extending deck; must get both neighbors approval in writing, then plans and permits from the township; PM to advise #606 no commercial vehicles allowed in community; President will advise homeowners at the meeting about the expenses, what has been taken in for the 5 year assessment and what projects were done in 2022 and what projects we will be doing in 2023

Financial Report:

Reviewed Financial Reports and upcoming projects.

Recreation Report: 

Lifeguard call back letters have been sent.

Property Manager Report:

Board reviewed report with property manager
