Board Meeting Minutes

May 16, 2023

Meeting Called to Order motioned by: Rosalyn Burt, 2^nd by Jeannine Spadaccini

Present: Rosalyn Burt, Thomas Farrelly, Casey Cooney, Jeannine Spadaccini, Stephanie Wise, and Jose Rosado

Approval of Minutes motioned by: Rosalyn Burt, 2^nd by Jeannine Spadaccini

Presidents Report by Rosalyn Burt:

#120 requested putting an owl box outside. The board suggested for him to get permission from his neighbors in 119 and 121.  There’s a boulder coming down at the waterfall; we will have to look into having work done on the entire waterfall next year or in the Fall. PM to send out pool policies before the pool opens. The new lights at the courts look great. The playground to be put on hold until next year. PM to fine #334 $100.00 for feeding the cats. Stephanie Wise made a motion to come up with what can be put outside of units going forward. 2^nd by Jeannine Spadaccini

Financial Report:

Pages 2-5  Board reviewed Financial Reports and projects, we are doing good but will review again at the June meeting.

Property Manager Report:

Board reviewed report with property manager. PM to speak to Steve about entrance signs, they are rotting and need to be replaced.
