Board Meeting Minutes

August 15, 2023

Meeting Called to Order motioned by: Rosalyn Burt, 2^nd by Jeannine Spadaccini

Present: Rosalyn Burt, Thomas Farrelly, Casey Cooney, Jeannine Spadaccini, Stephanie Wise, Jose Rosado & Donna Zabriskie

Presidents Report by Rosalyn Burt:

For the October meeting we need to show the homeowners what we have done so far and what we have spent on repairs and projects throughout the community. We will have to do another assessment when this one is finished for all the roadways in the community. We will need to show what we have collected to date for this assessment and give a breakdown by year. We need to put a halt on all projects at this time so we can rebuild the funds in the reserve assessment account. Rosalyn walked around with Scott and one of his workers who knows where all the drainage ditches are throughout the community. This will have to be a project for the Spring. Casey Cooney made a motion that year end holiday decorations must come down 2 weeks after the holiday. 2^nd by Rosalyn Burt

Financial Report:

Board reviewed Financial Reports and projects and decided to put all other projects on hold until the Spring.

Recreation Report:

Board talked about possibly changing pool hours next year so the pool would open later and stay open later maybe a couple of days out of the week.
