Procedure for Registering with The Falls Community

For Owners & Renters

You or your renter MUST register with The Falls office first before obtaining gate pass cards. 

We are located on Winona Falls Road in Sugar Mountain Mall. Our office hours are Tuesday through Friday from 7 am until 3 pm. (next to Saw Creek Real Estate)

(If an owner is renting out their unit, the registration fee is $100.00, annually)

You must be current on your dues in order to rent out your unit and for your renter’s to obtain gate pass cards and use the amenities,

No Exceptions!

You or your tenant will give and receive information necessary for being a part of the community; we will issue parking stickers for vehicle(s).  At that time, an approval will be sent to Saw Creek so that you or they may register with their office and obtain gate pass card(s).

Their office is located on Decker Road inside of Saw Creek Estates.

There are only three things to do to register at the Saw Creek Administration Office. Everything else is done through The Falls; we are a separate community with separate amenities.  You must:

1.) Fill out their registration form to obtain your Gate Pass Card(s)

2.) Set up a Password for calling in Guests at the Security Office (570) 588-5151

3.) Vehicle Registration must be updated with their office annually to avoid any        disruptions in gate pass card(s).

You will need to bring your Deed, if you are an owner. If you are a renter, you must bring a copy of your lease.  You will need your driver’s license and vehicle registration card(s). 

Each unit is allowed a total of 6 gate pass cards, the first 2 are free, and the next 4 are $20.00 each. For tenants, we do not have access to how many gate pass cards have been issued to your landlord, so there may be a fee of $20.00 and there may not. You will find out when you register with their office.
