PLANNING TO RENT OUT YOUR UNIT…

The Tenant Registration fee is $100.00, ANNUALLY                                           

It is the Homeowner’s responsibility to pay the Tenant Registration Fee

You must be current on your dues in order to rent out your unit and for your renters to obtain gate pass cards and use the amenities,

No Exceptions!

Your tenant must come to our office to register; if they do not register there is a fine of $1,000.00. They will give and receive information necessary for being a part of the community; we will issue them parking stickers for their vehicle(s).  At that time, an approval e-mail will be sent to Saw Creek so they may register with their office and obtain their gate pass card(s).

Saw Creek office is located on Decker Road inside of Saw Creek Estates.

There are only three things they need to do to register at the Saw Creek Office. Everything else is done through The Falls; we are a separate community                  with separate amenities. 

They must:

1.) Fill out The Falls Occupant Form to obtain Gate Pass Card(s)

2.) Set up a Password for when they call in Guests at the Security Office (570) 588-5151 they may also do this themselves on line at https://sawcreek.gatehouseportal.com/

3.) Update their Vehicle Registration & Lease annually to avoid any disruption in their gate pass cards

They will need to bring their lease, driver’s license, and vehicle registration card(s) to the Saw Creek Office. 

Each unit is allowed a total of 6 gate pass cards, the first 2 are free, and the next 4 are $20.00 each. If you, the owner, obtained 2, then your tenants will have to pay $20.00 per gate pass card. Please advise your tenant of this, we do not have access to that information.

PLEASE REMEMBER, THE HOMEOWNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR TENANT, THEIR TENANTS ACTIONS AND ANY & ALL FINES THE TENANT HAS INCURRED, IF ANY!
